These featured lunches are meant to give you inspiration of new things to make and try with your kids. Sweet Peanut Butter & Apple Wrap (finely dice up a couple of apple slices, sprinkle with small amounts of brown sugar & cinnamon, stir, spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on one low carb tortilla, layer on diced apples, roll up wrap and cut in half)= 23 carbs
